Are They Trying to Overturn Kitzmiller v. Dover Without Me?

By Arlon Staywell
RICHMOND    August 2025 — I am not certain whether they need my "permission" to overturn Kitzmiller v. Dover.  I really believe they do not need any permission from me at all.  It is true that I have argued since the decision came in 2007 that it is wrong and needs to be overturned.  In 2011 I did apply for a copyright on a paper I wrote that argues against Kitzmiller v. Dover.  That copyright was finally granted and is still in effect.  Yet I have always considered that my independent work and that anyone can and should do the same or similar work without any need to acknowledge mine.

I suspect that some people who consider themselves somehow more "religious" than I am did not like my work.  Some people were already angry with me because I eventually opposed the United States participating in the conflict in South Vietnam and that before the government decided to leave.  Imagine their anger to be "beaten" by me again!  I am not trying to "beat" anyone though.  I have no desire whatever to rule the world or any part of it.  There was a time when I thought it might be nice to get some sort of a job in journalism or some small monetary prize from some organization, but I am so old now that does not matter.  I have too few years left and I will likely die before I get to enjoy any of those things much.

Who exactly is Donald Trump?  One explanation for him is that he represents people who desperately want to "beat" me.  It can be difficult to guess what people like that are thinking or planning to do.  Maybe they want to show they can run the world just fine without any belief in outside forces.  Maybe they think their "No Fear" religion is better than my religion.  (To be clear, it is not so much that I "fear" anything or any power, it is that I "know better" than to do some things.)  One thing is certain, they definitely plan to ignore that I exist.  Because my arguments are so scientific and reasonable, and because I want to overturn Kitzmiller v. Dover, it does seem rather peculiar that they are continuing to ignore me.

Here It Is!

Here is the proof that no agency known in nature, nor any combination of agencies known in nature, could assemble a living thing from lifeless matter.  Are you ready?

Every agency known in nature to construct anything will also deconstruct it.  As any construction proceeds and the object becomes larger, the probability of deconstruction increases.  At some stage long before anything remotely resembling life is assembled the probability of deconstruction becomes "1" or absolute certainty.  It is also true for RNA chains.  Unless they match, and they usually do not, They tear each other apart.   If you do not believe this report you can get your own lab and watch this happen over and over again.  Just like gravity it will happen 100 percent of the time.

The Obstacle to the Truth

A problem for a long time had been that people imagined some "random" agency with any ability to present a different outcome than the one they could observe time and time again.  That problem comes from the fact that the word "random" has differing definitions and by the definition that matters here no "random" agency exists in the natural world.  It can be evident that humans and possibly some animals have a "free" will or can make choices in what might also be described as a "random" manner.  However without those what you can see happening time and time again is what must happen.

Over the years I have learned that quite many people will never understand what I just said there because they lack the necessary intelligence.  Another possibility is that some people do understand what I said but they believe is it better to lie than admit any outside forces could exist.  There is a childlike blind faith in "science" to solve any problems people might have.  Of course if there is blind faith in it there will likely not be any science.

How many people think religion is the problem in the world?  Hint:  A whole bunch.  But no, science cannot solve most problems in politics.  Remarkably it cannot even help anyone decide between being a communist or a capitalist.  I will be happy to explain all these things wherever and to whomever.  Be sure to let me know whenever you're ready to start paying any attention.
